The SAMA Framework

Why a new framework
Traditional change management frameworks were designed for a different era. They assumed long cycles, discrete changes and a clear separation between technology and human behavior. AI breaks all three assumptions: the cycle is continuous, the change is systemic, and the technology embeds directly into everyone's daily work.

The AI-Q diagnostic
Before activating any change lever, the organization must know where it stands. The AI-Q provides that diagnostic across four dimensions that combine into 16 organizational types.
The diagnostic produces two essential outputs: identification of the current type and selection of the target type. The gap between them defines what each sprint must work on.
